Collaborating with leadership, the Online UX team and our cross-functional partners (Creative, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management) to continually iterate and improve on ways our team’s ways of working.

Supporting:

• The creation of a brand new responsive and scalable Design System (Stencil) for all Customer-facing online experiences in The Home Depot.
• Managing a multi-disciplinary UX team.
• Overseeing design tooling, design system management, and guiding strategy.
• Creation and development of central systems and resources around people operations.
