Accomplishments

UX Consultant on a multi-million $ project with incremental funding: A Self-Checkout solution to enable any register in a self-service mode which would replace current FUJI SCO software with this app.

Provided Research and Created a global training and gamification application for The Home Depot Associates for enhancing customer’s in-aisle experience.

Simplified The Home Depot Receiving Process via the mobile application which resulted in a reduction of workforce time that translates into over 1.3 mil

Provided foundational research and UX design/development in an explorational effort to change out all of the Associate-used platforms from PC-Windows technology to Chrome OS Cloud-based environment.

Helped in moderating and facilitating ‘Design Crit’, a process to help Critique company-wide projects through the UX process

Facilitated numerous lunch and learns for incoming new hires to get acclimated with technology used such as Axure and Zeplin.io

Have spearheaded multiple efforts to help along the actualization of our initial Enterprise level style guide.
