My goal and passion is improving experiences along every touch-point of the end user’s journey.

I’m experienced in building and managing high-performing, cohesive design teams by leading, developing, and training. I  support a culture of collaboration, creativity, and innovation.

I have a firm understanding of conceptualizing, creating, and implementing cross-platform design systems and technical frameworks.

I attended both Salem State and UMass Dartmouth with a concentration in Fine Arts. After moving to Florida, I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from University of Phoenix. With over 15 years’ experience creating and conceptualizing all aspects of media, I’m an award-winning artist, graphic designer, illustrator, UX Designer and Developer.

Most recently, I worked as Sr UX Manager at Gap, where I oversaw the Headless UI and Design Systems team. My core focus was design systems execution and strategy with the intent to create a flexible system for all Gap properties. My experience in design systems, web design, user experience design, design operations, leadership, strategy, innovation, collaboration, and creativity informed my day to day.

In a previous role as a UX Manager at The Home Depot, I led and supported a team of talented UX designers and developers who created and implemented user-centric solutions for the company’s online platforms and applications. I successfully delivered multiple projects that enhanced the customer experience, reduced the workforce time, and increased the user retention rate. I also contributed to the creation, adoption, and maintenance of the new Home Depot Design System: Stencil. My mission is to drive customer-centered innovation and improve the end user’s journey along every touch point.
